I was involved in an accident being hit on my motorcycle involving a car. Tom Fowler was a huge help in making sure I was taken care of and treated fairly. This is my first insurance claim, and without Tom's help, I'm not sure how I would've done it. The insurance company tried to give me lower than estimated costs to repair my motorcycle. Tom made sure it was estimated properly, and I was compensated for exactly the cost of the damages.

Tom recently provided some excellent advice and a perspective through his experiences and knowledge that others could not. His no nonsense approach and ability to listen entirely before replying is getting to be a lost art. He answers the phone, returns calls and prompt getting back when needed.. Highly recommended.
