Tom was very pleasant, very easy to get ahold of, comforting to talk to and a breeze to work with - we barely had to lift a finger. He does an amazing job at explaining the process and any questions we have. He helped to reassure us that he is here to help and remained loyal every step of the way. He advised us on decisions we were hesitant to make, but always made it felt like we were in control. Initially, due the way my car accident happened, we were not going to walk away with any money. But because of all of Tom’s effort, devotion and dedication, we are walking away happy with the amount of money we got back and content with how things turned out.
