Any time you have to engage an attorney the chances are the situation is less than desirable. I will say that my experience with Randy Shanks and everyone in the firm was better than I could have imagined. Regular updates from the firm, taking time to answer all of my questions and working with me to achieve a positive resolution to my problem. Hopefully I will never need the services of Shanks Law, but if I do they will be my first call.
