he answers most of my email questions, he tells me to call at certain times, every time I call it's a poor time frame, his office telephone might be his personal telephone, we haven't schedule consultations yet, maybe no help, not sure how other clients got through to him, not sure how other clients provide 5 stars, I disagree with his response, etc.

Jay went above and beyond to make sure my case was taken care of properly and the always communicated with me at every step of the case! He always told me every option that was available and would explain why each option was good or bad in his opinion.
