When I first met with Brian Keit I didn't put much hope in getting my situation resolved. Yet Brian was very professional and patient and thoughtful. He really put a great effort into helping me. I wasn't just a number but a person to him. It seemed like an impossibility to win against a big company. Throughout the process I could tell that he was thinking about all possibilities and not wanting to give up. He also consulted with others in the same office and sought their help and advice.
