Kale was exceptional in helping my sister & I navigate the probate system following our mother's passing. Kale listened with the intent to understand, not just to respond, and advised us with the utmost care and attention.

Kale guided us through the probate process for my father's estate. Doing this type of thing across the country during a pandemic was a bit of a challenge but it worked out fine. I appreciated that Kale was willing to work via email/scanned documents which made it easier for me and my schedule. His firm also provided some high-level guidance on potential tax implicaitons of the estate that was very helpful.

During my year and half journey of dealing with my father’s estate, Kale was right there to help me throughout the entire process. Kale Rogers wrote an estate trust for my wife and myself. There was an initial meeting followed by a review meeting and there was a final meeting where the documents were finalized. Iowa laws were fully explained and we were advised of what to do after the trust papers were completed.
