John is a hell of a lawyer back in 2014 he fought toe to toe with kelly Cunningham and got my conviction over turned.saving me a lot of yrs. I would recommend him to anyone!! Thank you John for giving me a second Chance to freedom!!

In 2016 I was on a deferred judgment for marijuana distribution. I used a different attorney at this time. And I regret not using John. 4 months before I was going to get off of probation I was charged with a class B felony 2 class C's and a class D Felony. Without hesitating the next day I went and hired John Moeller. Long story short. I didn't go to prison. We went to trial and it didn't go the way we wanted it to so we appealed it and he won the appeal. This guy is serious about fighting the fight for US. His customer service is better than I've ever seen. He's got so much experience that he can tell you based on other cases what is going to happen that way you have an idea. It's been a lot of ups and downs. But at the end of the day HE WON FOR ME! This guy knows what he's doing and he knows exactly what he's talking about. he won't bullshit you and you will not see you in the wrong direction just to get your money. I am a 24 yr old young man from Seattle Wa that unfortunately ended up in Iowa’s court system. I was facing a lot of time in prison due to the 17 charges I was arrested for. I consulted Mr. John Moeller over the phone because I had a question regarding a deferred judgement and FBI background checks for employment. He told me what to expect, his experience in how to address this with future employers, and took a genuine interest in my situation. All this despite taking my unsolicited call after 5:00 pm. He offered his advice for free and wanted me to follow up with him so he could know it worked out for me and to gain more insight into how situations like mine would play out. I have not had a need for a criminal defense lawyer in quite some time, outside of answering my questions, but should I ever need representation Mr. Moeller will be among the first I call.
