Donna was the epitome of all things I would want in a lawyer—smart, assertive, kind, and effective. She guided me through one of the hardest challenges that I have faced with support, laughter, and empathy. Without her, I would still be fighting to push through my divorce due to apathy from the opposite side. She explained areas of law I didn’t understand and pushed back for me when I didn’t know that I should have. I would recommend her to anyone in the future needing any sort of legal support.

Donna was great to work with for our re-adoption of our daughter. We did everything via email, phone or online and she was very responsive. She prepared us well for the court hearing and it went as expected. The overall process went smoothly and I would recommend her to other adoptive families! I don’t know how she compares with her rate for services, we went to Donna’s agency based on a recommendation of another attorney we respect and have worked with. I would say there was definitely value for the money we paid for Donna’s services.

Great team they handled my case like pros

I have been fortunate to have Jaclyn Zimmerman as an attorney over the last 4 years and she has been beyond great and helpful towards my personal needs and everything around my case. What I have appreciated about her the most is the fact that she considers what is best for all parties and children involved. Having been represented by a previous attorney who did not take this position, it was refreshing to have Jaclyn represent me and recommend what is best for my family. Jaclyn began representing me before she was at Miller, Zimmerman & Evans and when she decided to make the move to this law firm, it was without hesitation that I would follow her and ask her to continue to represent me. New location in Des Monies. The attorneys all work together to cover for each other, which is great. Mrs. Zimmerman does a great job and carries about a wide range of legal issues you may need help to resolve. I enjoyed the Secretary that covers the phones. Great job being open and honest about costs and the process. They were even honest about areas where they may not have the most knowledge in (military benefits) but they still did research and understood. They did a great job advising me throughout and taking my inputs for my case. It was tough throughout the pandemic and they were outstanding at keeping me up to date with everything.
