Thrilled to finally find a firm that returned my calls and actually followed up with me on my many guestions regarding some legal issues my parents were involved in. Very happy with our outcome.

A 5 star rating isnt nearly high enough. Nathan Russell has been fantastic with me over the past 10 months. He has been patient, courteous, very well organized, and quick to respond to even the silliest of messages from me.

I hired Dallas Janssen to help with what should have been a fairly simple legal issue. I needed an attorney to communicate with 2 companies on my behalf. Mr, Janssen took my case (retainer paid) and seemed genuinely nice when we first met. We met twice, once for the consultation and once after the quit claim was executed. I believe he faxed one of the two letters that I had asked him to send, however he has not returned my weekly calls or emails asking for an update for 7 weeks now. His assistant told me a few times that they were meeting to discuss my case, but no further information was shared with me. The two stars are for quickly handling the quit claim. If you're looking for anything more than that I would suggest finding a different firm.

Dallas is very knowledgeable about law and has over 35 years experience. He is also very good about returning phone calls promptly.

I called Dallas to get an update on a probate. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.
