Justin Reid is very thorough and good at his job

I called Reid Law Firm yesterday at 5:20 pm in desperation. Justin answered the phone and even though it was late in the day he listened to my situation and did not rush me at all. He took his time and in fact we were on the phone for 53 minutes. I explained my situation that I was in and how the attorney I was working with lead me to believe months ago was taking my case and moving forward, but was not returning phone calls and messages after I was assured early June we were moving fwd. I am now 2 weeks out from statute of limitations, and desperate for help. Unfortunately, Justin was not able to help me due to how close we were to to the statute of limitations, however, I will say he is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and did not rush me. That I appreciate so much! He could have taken my case if this other attorney did not string me along and then fail to communicate at all. I am angry that this other attorney put me in this situation, but I cannot applaud Justin enough for being a standup guy and Attorney. Thank you Justin for hearing me and for the compassion you showed. If I ever have another situation that comes up, Justin will be the person I call. If anyone I know needs your services, and I know a lot of people in my business after 30 year, I will not hesitate to send them your way.
