I recently hired Nancy for my bankruptcy filing. She is very professional and helped guide me throughout the process. Her guidance has significantly eased the stress and uncertainty surrounding the bankruptcy process. No one wants to file for bankruptcy and the last thing you want is to feel like you are being judged which never happened with Nancy. Highly recommend!!!

I never seen the inside of a court room and my case was dismissed verry happy with the results I would use him again

We found Nancy thru an online search for a bankruptcy lawyer in Iowa when the economy forced my job to reduce hours and do every other week on unemployment. We were struggling then to make ends meet and then my wife also lost her job due to a company re structuring. When that happened there was no possible way to keep Hanging on or to make ends meet. Even tho we know we frustrated Nancy with our questions and understanding of the process she patiently answered our questions and repeated things to us that we missed seeing. It was due to her diligence and her argument for us to have the ch7 that ensured we got it and received some help and much needed relief and we will be forever grateful. You can not go wrong In hiring her as your lawyer. She has extensive knowledge and many years of experience and if it is possible For her to help you she will. She is reasonably priced for her time and expertise and In fact is cheaper than many less experienced attorneys.

Filing Bankruptcy is something nobody wants to have to do, let alone trying to navigate through the paperwork and process on their own. Nancy Thompson and her paralegal Melissa made the process easy for me, and I never needed to leave the comfort of my home. Meetings and court proceedings were conducted through Zoom. Completing questionnaires guided me through the process of providing all the information that was required, allowing for a well prepared filing. The whole process was easy to understand and questions and concerns answered quickly. The fees and costs were also very reasonable. This is the place to go if your over your head in debt and can’t find a way out. I was truly grateful for their help!

I never thought that I would be in the position that I was in when I had to file bankruptcy, but Nancy made it bearable!
