It took nearly two years to finally get the courage to proceed with a difficult financial decision. Nancy and Melissa are very straightforward and thorough. Reached out to Nancy multiple times due to her reviews. Its been over a week and half that i have not got a call back in regards the reason i called. Someone once answered my call but he was so rude, he transferred me to her voicemail. I left another voicemail and my email address if she could email me at least. NOTHING again. I understand everyone is busy but i wouldn't reach out if i didn't need the help. Currently looking for someone else.
