3 of the best attorneys work there & know how to get the job done.

I called to “get help”. What I got, was an out of state attorney not even licensed to practice in Iowa. The attorney that I was connected with was in Las Vegas, Nevada!!! After explaining my situation to her, and supplying her with documentation, I never heard back from her. I sent an email inquiring about my situation and still no response. I had to call the main office in West Des Moines again. They said they’d look in to it. A couple of days go by and I get a call about 6:00pm. This person simply tells me that the out of state lawyer, which isn’t licensed to practice in Iowa, isn’t interested in my case. No reason or explanation, just not interested. “Get help, get ignored.”
