Recently my husband and I started looking to retain a lawyer for the modification of the SOR. During the search we got quoted so many high retainers by big law firms. Really we were willing to pay them but when we found Clark and Sears and talked to John Sears, not only were we surprised at the time he gave us just for us to ask questions but his retainer was so reasonable. Furthermore his work was so meticulous and he always had time for us when we had the simplest of questions. The outcome was more than we could ask for. With his research and time that he put in the judge didn’t even have to see us. The state agreed and just like that we had won. I can’t imagine there being a Bette lawyer suited for this or having a better outcome. We would recommend this lawyer to anyone.

Recently I used Clark and Sears for a legal issue that I was going through. I had contacted other lawyers but in talking to John he was the one. He was very personable and incredibly smart and through the process he was so meticulous. When we finally go to our court hearing all the “Is’ were dotted and Ts’ crossed and the other side just agreed. So happy I decided to retain this law firm and Jonathan to represent me. From 8pm calls to all the emails I sent. Always a response and always had time for me! Recommend 100times over.

I was in quite the predicament and shopped around for a lawyer.. assault case; Self defense, painted bad. This lawyer (Sears) treated me with respect and fought for me hard.
