Worst place to represent your family law interests in the state of Iowa. Ryan is a piece of work. He’s unprofessional, lacks the ability to communicate with clients, and doesn’t care. I had to remove the guy from my case.

Stacy is my hero. She does not mess around and does not waste time. If something is not worth pursuing, if there is a better way to approach something, she does not hesitate to let you know. I was so impressed with how she interacted with other attorneys. It was very clear she is respected. She is all business when needed, but also very empathetic. I have recommended her to so many. You can not go wrong with Stacy. Her knowledge, efficiency, attitude, empathy, professionalism, and advice are what every attorney should strive to be.

I used Ryan as my attorney for divorce proceedings. He was professional, direct, and very forthcoming with his advice when I needed him. We ended up drafting a stipulation together and it was quickly accepted by Dallas County courts being viewed as fair and amicable by the other party. If you're contemplating entering into divorce proceedings yourself, I'd encourage you to at least do a 90 minute sit down with him and talk through your options. My situation included custody arrangements in addition to splitting assets - both liquid and illiquid. CashattWarren as an office was extremely accessible and warm every time I was there. The office dogs were a great touch in what could be an overall fairly contentious and stressful scenario. Kathi, my primary touchpoint as paralegal, was also readily available via phone/email when I needed her for discussions. Divorce in and of itself is an extremely emotional process. In doing so, there will be many unknowns in terms of dealing with a rational (or irrational) other party. You should prepare yourself for a big amount of 'hurry up and wait' which was more a result of family court dockets rather than anything to do with Ryan and his team. Additionally you should focus on doing your homework when asked including what your best case divorce decree looks like, acceptable alternatives, as well as ensuring your post-divorce financial plan is feasible for your new lifestyle. I'd recommend friends and family towards Ryan + CashattWarren. It was a fairly intense experience overall and I'm happy that he represented the interests of my daughter and myself to the best of his abilities.

Ryan reviewed my case and had been nothing but extremely helpful and honest. I really felt like I was heard and understood.
