Michael represented my son who found he had fathered a son 5 years prior and upon finding this out he actively sought to be a part of his sons life but was met with having to be refused any visitation or communication with his son. All while providing his child support obligation and more. Seeing no other way to resolve this issue we consulted Michael and after we explained the situation he told us that before we made any decision on whether or not we would want him to represent my son or not he would like to explain what he felt would be fastest and by far least costly way to to get the court to acheive a ruling which would allow both my and his son to bond and be an active part in each of their lives.. we chose him to present our case and the court actually ruled in favor of my sons request and allowed him even more privileges than we thought possible. I can only give nothing but high praise for his abilities and manner which he is open and available to answer any concerns we had and keep us informed throughout. I would definitely recommend Thomas Hurd as your attorney. He help me tremendously and came up with an amazing plan to help me with my case. I was scared and concerned about the time that I would have to do. With his help, knowledge and wisdom I did the less amount of time a person could do with my charges, and I was home before Christmas. Thomas did a great job at representing me. He did not charge me very much on my case. I would definitely recommend going to him.

Months without replies. I asked to cancel my divorce may 17th. He did nothing. Asked again June 20th. He sent me a document to sign to confirm. July 14th asked if I would get a refund from trust account. July 15th he replied yes and that he still needed to file the dismissal. July 21st signed the same document for a second time. Asked why I had to sign again. No reply. September 20th asked again about refund of trust account. No reply. I had to tell him mine and my husband's address and dob multiple times and he got them wrong everytime. I have no faith in him following through correctly.
