Drake legal clinic is a pro bono outreach program from the college's legal department. A family member needed legal help and we were very lucky to get a student who is either very ahead of her class or ready to graduate at any moment. She knew a lot about the law and has really gone to work for us and our case so far. Our case has not been resolved yet but that is because of the Court schedule not because the attorney is asking for continuance is or anything like that. I specifically asked this attorney if Bob Rigg was still the director of the legal department and she said that was her professor. Bob has a great reputation as a private attorney going back 30 + years and kind of rattle any law and advice in no time flat. With that being said the students are getting a top notch education and legal with the team of professors that they have. We have mounting medical bills right now and could not afford an attorney on our own so Drake has been a godsend to us and has really done a great job so far. The things that I am hearing about our case moving forward are all positives so we are happy campers
