Worse lawyer I’ve worked with will not recommend to no one takes your money and doesn’t help how he should

Joe helped me with my first OWI case and he went above and beyond for a lawyer. He helped guide me through all the appropriate steps to re obtain a license and get this in the rear view to move forward. I hope I never have to call him for anything but If I need him I know who my guy is. Would recommend to anyone especially close family. Thanks Joe!

Gary was nothing but an absolute disappointment from the very beginning. He did nothing but continually let us down and was extremely unhelpful. There was nothing more disheartening and humiliating than showing up to court without him, not having a single clue he dropped us without communicating a single word. He took advantage and pocketed $6,000 and never looked back. The lack of communication and professionalism was disgraceful. He didn’t even have the decency to tell us he was no longer representing my family member with no explanation. He is a lawyer you never want to hire.

Don't even waste your time or money with this worthless lawyer! He will pocket your money and then do NOTHING for you. Won't answer the phone or return calls!

Highly recommend working with Joe. His availability and communication was second to none. Not to mention his knowledge & expertise of the process.

This guy is a menace to the justice system. He’s in bed with all the prosecutors and judges in Polk County. He’s very good at stealing your money, yet he provides zero results to justify his incredulous practices. Steer clear of this tyrant.

I had a phone consultation with Mr. Vogel. He was rude, and abrasive. He continually interrupted me as I was trying to ask questions. He also spoke to me as though I was a child. Very disappointing. I would never hired Mr. Vogel.

I left a review on the vital law firm about this guy lying to people to take deals. Please don’t have this guy as your lawyer!

Joseph WAS OUTSTANDING. He went above and beyond for my boyfriend in the unfair deal he was handed. He was an amazing advocate for him in the situation and got everything situated fairly. He was quick to take the case and get it squared away, and made us feel confident in him from just our first conversation. He is THE BEST and he is who you WANT. He knows his stuff and is very respectful and all around wonderful. I’ll recommend him to everybody I know. He was dedicated to us and listened and acted promptly, he deserved above 5 stars. we are very thankful for him and will definitely use him if we ever need again. This man is a superstar.

Best money I ever spent. He got me off on my first offense and helped me get it expunged after the case was completed. He made the process way easier to follow and informed me of the paperwork every step of the way.
