Mr. Erbe contacted me and informed me that he would assist in helping us resolve this issue. I had a meeting with the contractor today 8-13 and was informed the house will be finished at a agreed upon date in writing with a legal document. So if this does not work hopefully Mr. Erbe will help us move forward.

Great communication through the whole process. This was on a labor contract. Harley did a very good job of explaining our strengths and weaknesses. We were successful to the level of expectation given the situation. Next time lesson is to use someone like Harley for the whole process.
