Very unorganized. Bad communication. Disappointed in the whole process and how it was handled. Tony in particular, would not even respond back to me on the very few emails or questions that I had. I feel that if you have a question about billing, somebody needs to at least give you the courtesy of responding back in a timely manner. Apparently, it’s just an option if they wanna do it or not. Incredible.

Very long and redundant process.. we dealt with multiple people on many of the same things and provided many of the same documents over and over. They billed us an additional $600 because apparently we didn’t have enough information. We provided them the first time and a certain area.. pretty sure that’s what we pay them for is to know exactly what is needed and how much of what is required. This process seems to be never ending and there seems to be no finish line in sight. Overall disappointed. Communication is not a strong point either as I have only asked a handful of questions throughout the process that I expected a response to in a timely manner and my last question has gone unanswered regarding why they didn’t know how much documentation we needed for the $600 extra fee. Must be nice to be able to bill people without providing anybody any type of answer or clarification on why.

They love towing people from their parking lot from the apartment next-door. I have never seen their parking lot full from the law firm nor the apartment combined. What is the issue if you have the extra parking spaces toward the back of the law firm? There are bigger issues in this world than towing multiple individuals cars. A parking lot is to be parked in; so let’s utilize it for the greater good As there’s literally nowhere to park.

I called this law firm to schedule a legal service with Zachary Hecht, since he falls under my legal network. I was told he would call be back in a couple days. 3 weeks passed and still no call from Zachary. I followed up again. The receptionist apologized for the delay and said they would get back to me. I received a call the day after just to be told he is not able to handle my case. 3 weeks passed just to be told no. Very unprofessional.
