Excellent law firm. We were informed as needed pertaining to our immigration case. Yangyidi Ye personaly met with us initially, witch made us very comfortable as this was our first experience. Follow up with the entire staff was excellent. We highly recommend!

In September 2018, our son was struck and ran over by a dump truck Iowa City, less than a month after he entered the University of Iowa to study abroad. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. As soon as we were notified, we flew from China to Iowa City. It was our first time in the United States. We did not know the place and did not understand the language. Facing our son in the ICU, we thought of his youth and his promise. What kind of impact would this have on his future? Our hearts were heavy and helpless beyond words. Mercifully, our son lived, but he would need extensive medical care and recovery.  Aside from that, we still needed to hire a lawyer to deal with all the future financial burden our son now faced. I contacted them, and they dropped everything, drove to Iowa City on a Saturday, and met with us in the hospital where our son was recovering. After taking our case, they conducted detailed investigations on the driver and the company responsible. They combed through thousands of pages of medical records. They hired excellent expert witnesses to show the losses our son had suffered. They defended against multiple attempts by the responsible parties to avoid liability.  But, most importantly, for nearly four years, they looked after our son in the U.S., fought for his rights, and kept us informed in China.  In the end, Causey & Ye Law got the compensation my son deserved for his physical, psychological, emotional, and other injuries, as well as the impact on his future study, work, and life.
