Samuel is top notch. We had a family member get hurt on job and a workers comp situation that was not dealt with correctly. His communication, and how prompt he is on getting back to questions is unheard of from any business. He was at home with family and took time to call me after hours to let me know his plan of action step by step and very detailed.
