I had the pleasure of working with Erin. She was kind & understanding & comforting when I was crying and a complete mess. I don’t think she understand how much I needed that when I was in so much pain from my accident and not knowing who to trust. Well I was injured in a motorcycle accident that was completely to other drivers fault, I was sitting at a red light waiting to turn when two cars collided into me, So I had hospital bills and because I was Injured so I turned to the Internet and Lowe law group popped up. I don’t know why They stood out to me for some reason so I tried them and I talk to somebody over there I forget who it was initially but anyways long story short they handled my case with Great professionalism but also a heartfelt kind of Small town type of feeling , it just was very comfortable talking with Erin Each time she would call She is very professional and incredibly friendly and knows her stuff , answers all my questions and made sure that I asked to many questions as I need to ask you I was reminded me if there’s anything I needed to just go ahead and call.Well Erin got a nice number from the insurance company I agreed with and I’m completely satisfied with the results I would call them again absolutely, I hope I don’t have to but I will ,Thanks Lowe law group and a special thanks to Erin .
