I used Jason and Jen for a child custody case. I was up against my sons dad who lives in a different state and also is way more finally well off than me by a long shot. So going into this custody battle I felt very small compared to him. He had great attorneys who had already told me his standpoint of he did not want to help me in any way financially or physically. I was very worried that the courts wouldn’t be able to see how important it was to me that they didn’t force visitation on someone who wasn’t going to be as responsible with my son as I would or him find some loophole and I get the short end. I felt like since he was in a better position then me I would have no voice. What Jason and Jen got for me was SOLE LEGAL CUSTODY. MAX amount of child support and health benefits, I get to file my son on taxes, he was even made to pay temporary child support while we went through court proceedings. Jason and Jen ARE THE BEST! THEY LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED! Never once did I feel like I was being ripped off. Everything was transparent and written out. As a single mom from a low income background this firm fought for me! The underdog! You would rather be with them then against them for sure. Jason and Jen had my best interest every time. I trusted them every step and because of it me and my son will be just fine. Thank y’all so much.!

After many stressors of attempting to work through the courts unrepresented, we decided to hire Jason. First, let me start off by saying that Jason Rieper is not the only lawyer we've ever worked with or hired; however, he surely made a positive lasting impression that well exceeds all the expectations we've had and has surely been the best lawyer we've had in our corner thus far. Jason did very little to defend me in my case. He didn’t dispute any testimony against me, just letting the other side have their words taken as fact. Jason didn’t help my case in any major way. I wouldn’t recommend Mr. Rieper if you want to be defended.
