Although I haven't had to use Walker, Billingsley & Bair I have requested several booklets on subjects and they have been very responsive, professional, courteous and helpful with the information given. If I need services for any of the areas that they specialize in I would not hesitate to call them first because of their helpfulness at every request. 5 stars
