I was involved in a motorcycle accident and the insurance process got beyond what I was comfortable with on my own. I worked with Erik and Lori, they are both amazing! I was walked through every part of the process and they answered all my questions diligently. I always had a good feel of what was going on with my case they kept me very well informed and provided time frames. Everyone in the office was great to work with!

I don't have the words. But I'll try. Eric and the ladies in the office have taken a Stressel situation and turned into a easier process. I knew nothing about the journey. But they explained everything in terms I could understand and made things as easy as they could. They took the time to get to know me and the situation I was in. Trust me when I tell you. They care about you and not just a pay check!
