Where do I begin? I have so many good things to say about my experience working with this firm and Mr. Chad Knapp, I could probably write a book. From the very beginning Mr. Knapp treated me with so much respect and kindness. Even though I’m sure I wasn’t his only case, he never made me feel like I was bothering him or that he didn’t have time for me. He listened and was very caring. He provided his expertise and knowledge but really made me make decisions that I was comfortable with. My case wasn’t easy and we both knew that but after 3 years we finally were able to resolve the case with an outcome I was very pleased with. I retained Chad Knapp in 2017 to help me after I was badly injured in a car accident. Over the months, while I went to doctors and received physical therapy, Chad worked with the insurance company and the doctors. Today, I am satisfied with what he was able to do, given the circumstances. I would strongly recommend him for this kind of work. I feel he acted in my best interests throughout the time he was working on my behalf. If I could give him six (6) stars I would due to the fact that the other vehicle at fault was uninsured.
