I was injured in a motor vehicle accident by an uninsured motorist who ran a stop sign on January 26th 2024. I suffered a a cracked sternum and a broken clavicle to go along with the total wreckage of my car. I was very lucky to be alive and I am thankful for that. What I am also thankful for was finding LaMarca law group and especially Tyler Earnst the attorney who took my case. Although the at fault party was not insured, I was not aware of me having uninsured motorist coverage . Tyler assured me that he would handle everything and get me the limits of what my insurance covered. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and explained exactly how everything would go down. Returned every phone call and was extremely professional . He handled EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to deal with my insurance or medical bills. He really made what was a very bad situation very manageable. He got me more than what I was expecting and I am extremely grateful for that. We ended up going to mediation and were able to settle the case after battling back and forth. James told us exactly what to expect and represented us in the manner we chose. He did not pressure us to settle for anything less than what we wanted. It was a very good financial settlement, but more importantly, we all stood up for my Mom and received as much justice as was possible, which was all we could hope for. No amount of money will bring my Mom back, but I do feel satisfaction that my Mom's case might help other elderly people who need someone to stand up for them.
