Chad Knapp was very professional and always responded quickly with any updates or at least checked in when there weren't any yet. He was the only person willing to review and handle my case due to it being a slip and fall, every lawyer I spoke with previous to him stated that it would not be a case worth trying to sue over and that no other lawyer would touch it.
