This might sound like a crazy stretch to say this, but filing bankruptcy saved my life! I was working 2+ jobs every day, 80+ hours a week trying to just stay on top of my past debts, as well as my present bills, and every month it’s like I was going more and more backwards, getting further and further behind. But ever since filing bankruptcy it’s like I can finally breathe again! Working with the staff at Henkels & Baker made the whole process that I was afraid of, so easy. First off let me just say that I am leaving this review 3 years after having my bankruptcy discharged with Henkels & Baker. Bankruptcy is not something that any of us want to do and the overall experience can be frustrating and demeaning. That is why it is so important to work with a team that cares about not just taking care of your bankruptcy but about you and your overall experience. They were always available when I had questions. I never felt rushed or like I was asking something silly. But most importantly, when I received a call from a debt collector, three years after my discharge, they were there to reach out and resolve it. They never skipped a beat. Never stopped caring. Never stopped working for me. You can't buy that, you can't fake it. You either have it or you don't. They do IF you are having to go the bankruptcy route, choose someone who can not just help, but provide you with confidence, not just for the journey to your discharge, but for years to come.

Any questions/situations that’ve come up, they’ve given me their undivided attention. They’re smart and professional, I would highly recommend them to anybody.
