He stretches out your case to keep charging you for fillings and time he does on your case, he hardly ever communicated with me about updates with my case and when it came down to trial he came to court with 4-5 pieces of paper of the case law he was going to argue for my defense to later find out that case law has always been a no defense so the judge through out his motion so I had to enter a plea because he went in not prepared but still charged me thousands of dollars for the hours he worked preparing for trial.

Dustin and this law firm has been excellent! Excellent service with setting up appointments and calls. They are very clear on retainer fees and tell you everything up front. They are also very understanding and do their best to meet your needs. On the attorney and court side of things, Dustin is one of the best attorneys in this city. I stand behind that statement with experience with him. He has stuck by my side with a criminal case and is currently working with me to help me see my son. Extremely quick turn around on my LLC paperwork.

I went to Henkels & Baker PC for an establishment of an LLC. It was the easiest process, I just had to answer a few questions and the team did the rest! Each person I encountered was very welcoming and Dustin was able to answer any questions I had regarding the set up of my LLC and my next steps.
