Gina was not only very professional from start to finish but she always kept me informed. In times of uncertainty through my unusual case(s) she kept me confident, listened and was sensitive to the situation. I knew she wasn't telling me what I wanted to hear but was telling me what I needed to hear. Accurate information and preparing me for the next steps.
