I reside in Chicago. I was in Iowa City for the Iowa vs Nebraska game in Nov. of ‘22. I was pulled over for failure to use my headlights (driving my girlfriend’s car, my car has automatic lights). I was in a lit area and pulled over within :30 seconds of getting into the car. I was the designated driver so I only had a couple of drinks. I went through the field sobriety and felt that I passed their tests. I then refused to blow. I was then arrested on OWI charges. I called around to other law firms in Iowa City. Tom’s service team is beyond par with the industry. His team is very respectful and prompt. He is priced extremely fair and upfront/transparent with the costs/potential cost. Let me be clear, there is no greater representation for an OWI in Iowa City. Tom Farnsworth and his team at Farnsworth Law PLC will go above and beyond to get a favorable outcome for you. I had a lot to lose, including my career, my license for a year, my visitation with my son, etc. Tom prevented me from being charged with an OWI and got the charges reduced. He also prevented me from losing my driver’s license in my home state of IL. My parenting time was also unscathed. We even avoided going to trial. Tom is a very busy man but I assure you he will be working hard for the best possible outcome for you and your family. Tim, Tom, and Allison are probably the best team of professionals I have dealt with! I hired the team in a pinch and they came through 100%. They made my life and charges way easier to handle and understand. I hired Eric for some bogus aggravated misdemeanor gun charges four days later I get a phone call saying that they’re being dismissed. Due to lack of evidence. I’m pretty sure that wouldn’t have happened with my Public Defender. Much appreciated.
