The entire process was so stressful before we decided to use Malott Law. From start to finish I didn't have a single problem with Malott Law, and honestly I don't think my wife and I would've gotten the kind of service and care anywhere else, that was provided to us. I highly recommend Malott Law to anyone needing help with the immigration process.

I had an immigration case that lasted almost 4 years and was a somewhat unique situation in the way that it came to the immigration court system. Over those years both Jack Hathaway (who has since moved) and Jessica Malott gave incredible attention to the case and showed a genuine motivation to resolve the legal issue and reunify my family. They were also extremely communicative and took the time to explain what was going on in the case and answer questions so my husband and I were able to be actively involved and make informed decisions. I highly recommend this firm if you need immigration help of any form.

Malott Law, PLC deserved more than 5 Stars!!! My wife received a NOID from USCIS, we immediately did our research to find a good lawyer to handle my wife's case. We made an appointment with them for consultation and we hired them at the end to work on my wife's NOID response. Logan Lewis worked with us. We gathered some document's they wanted. He was very good with everything, phone calls/emails, he was responsive. He helped us with the personal statement as well. He made everything easy for us. When he submitted our response to USCIS we got a mail from them in just 2 weeks that my wife's case was approved!! After that she got her green card in just a week!!!! All I can say is they are very good lawyers!! We are very grateful to Malott Law, PLC especially Logan Lewis! Thank you so much for everything!! We highly recommend Malott Law, PLC!!

Staff is very friendly

I want to preface this by saying I have zero experience with lawyers besides my one experience with Jessica. That being said, Jessica helped my wife get her green card. We were both very pleased with what Jessica did for us. She was happy to explain things for us, answer questions, and over all made the process a million times easier. We are very happy we decided to spend the money and use her services.
