Very disappointed with the lack of response and sloppy follow up. I had visited this firm to get a living will and Power of Attorney documents. It took much longer than what was promised and now after several months I am still hoping to get an editable copy of the will document so that I can correct typos on my wife's name across all documents. I can get a PDF software to convert the document to MS Word myself, but that's besides the point. The company is charging a hefty fee to my employer for providing this service. The least I would expect is a document without typos. Or if you're too busy to correct your mistakes, just give me an editable copy of the documents. It has been ten days since my last request and I am yet to get a response. I originally approached the law firm in April and as of mid August, I am still without accurate documents. I am guessing they didn't show this tardiness in billing my employer for the "services" rendered. Disappointed.

I hired David to represent me in my divorce case. David always gave solid, accurate advice, whether I wanted to hear it or not. He made very clear what was possible, and could tell me what likely outcomes would be depending on the path we chose to pursue. In particular, what I appreciated about David was that he limited our discussions to just the facts, and didn't try to work as a faux therapist while my bill racked up unnecessarily. He was very efficient in communications, and this kept the ultimate bill fairly low. In fact, my total bill was nearly a third of what my ex was billed from her own attorney. I would absolutely hire David again, and was glad to have his help with this case. While I didn't get everything I wanted, in the end, the settlement was fair, I was able to keep 50/50 custody of my kids, and kept half of the assets in our estate. I wouldn't have been able to do so without David's help.
