We had a family member who found himself charged with a federal crime. We knew he was in a lot of trouble. Chad was recommended to us and we are grateful that we chose him. He has a way of telling you exactly the way things are in a way that doesn't intimidate or scare you. He always left us at ease and we really believed him when he said "things will be alright." Chad was very accessible and his assistant was fantastic. They always answered our questions and we always knew what was going on in the case. When things weren't going well in the case, Chad didn't try to explain it away or hide it, he just honestly laid it out there and we came up with a plan to deal with it.
