I have had Jim Fitzsimmons help me with two work comp claims. Both claims were handled 100% to my satisfaction. Most recently I had another injury that was not a work comp claim, I needed some surgery and Medicare was not going to pay for medical bills because they felt it was related to previous work comp claim. I called Jim and explained what was going on and he proceeded to get all paper work to the proper people within 3 days so I could have surgery I needed. I do feel that Jim Fitzsimmons Law Firm is a excellent and trusting law firm, and would do anything possible to assist his clients.

Jim Fitzsimmons did an outstanding job for me. I cannot thank him enough for going out of his way to do whatever he could to help me out in this difficult situation.
