My brother and I were contemplating dividing our inherited farm into two parcels, rather than being owners in common. We were introduced to Buchheit Law by our previous lawyer who had retired. Buchheit Law did an excellent job of taking care of our request. We had a virtual meeting and she explained the process so we understood what would go on, and then kept us aware of the action required and that which had been completed. Buchheit Law recommended the surveyor and appraiser that were required, both very satisfactory. Lindsey and the staff were very easy to work with, covering any questions completely. I was extremely pleased with Buchheit Law, and would certainly use them in the future if the need be.

Working with Buchheit Law was efficient, very effective, educational, and enjoyable. Lindsey and her staff did exceptionally well walking me through the divorce process, protecting me in the arbitration meeting and preparing me for the divorce hearing. I was impressed by the composure she demonstrated during the hearing and her ability to effectively examine my ex without coming across as mean spirited. Despite her never having handled an appeal, her performance and abilities made me confident Lindsey would be able to successfully handle the appeal filed by my ex. To her credit, Lindsey admitted she had never done an appeal and consulted with her mentor before agreeing see me through the appeals process. Lindsey was able to fill in her knowledge gaps on the appeals process and ultimately submit a winning appeals brief.

We were pretty intimidated about the process of creating and will and estate plan and Lindsey did a great job explaining everything and keeping the process as simple as she could.
