Jacquelyn has represented my neice and her children for the past few years. She is a straight forward professional taking the time & patience to listen and collect information pertinent to the matter at hand. She works tirelessly to search & research facts needed to successfully close her case.

Stay away from this one! Hire a professional, with a staff (to answer the phone and bill correctly). With Jacquelyn you get her and her answering machine.. that's IT! After leaving messages for over 6 weeks with NO RESPONSE AT ALL from Jacquelyn I had to email the attorney that referred me to her to get a response. She overcharged me (increased her hourly rate from $225 to $250 until I called her out). I feel she over billed the hours, I tried to reason with her but she just lied about the discussion that we had at the beginning of my case. I gave her several opportunities correct this and explained that I would be leaving reviews to keep others from getting burned by her. She even tried to intimidate me by threatening to file a slander suit against me (so you know this review is 100% honest). Very unprofessional!

Brian is a honest, hard working Attorney. He will tell you, up front and not beat around the bush.

Gretchen is amazing, very professional and will fight for you no matter what. I was seen for a semi accident and she always had time for my case. She helped me get what was owed to me very fast and helped with the harassing calls from auditors. I would highly recommend Gretchen, no matter the case, she has the resources and talent to get you what you deserve. Hands down the best in Sioux city. I am very grateful to have had her as my lawyer!

Informative, professional, thoughtful

I had never been in trouble with the law, so the whole experience of needing a lawyer and possibility of going to court made me anxious and nervous. After sitting down with Gretchen and going through my case, I felt way more at ease knowing I was in great hands.
