Friendly and helpful

Our experience with Ross Barnett and staff at the Abendroth Russell Barnett Law firm has been excellent on two occasions when we sought legal counsel. Both times, Ross offered us sound legal advice and was open and honest when legal work wasn't necessary - a rarity in today's world. Thank you!

They have also been my personal attorneys in the real estate and probate areas because I know they are the best in Des Moines. I have known the attorneys and staff for many years and highly recommend them.

Very high quality service. Would recommend without hesitation. Personable, timely, informative with full explanation. Estimated costs can be a a bit different, but very close. No hidden surprises. Offers a variety of services. Was a pleasure to work with all involved.

I would never recommend using this law firm for any reason. The level of customer care is among the worst I have ever seen. My Aunt was using this law firm for a real a state matter. She passed away and I was left to oversee the proceedings. I meet with the attorney received the abstract to the house as well as an update on the case. Since then I have called repeatedly with no return calls. When I decided to fire the attorney and request all the paperwork that had been done this far, I was meet with the response of she could not give it to me because of the obligation to protect my aunts privacy. How is that when we have discussed the case and I received the abstract? Please be aware of the con-artist that work here

Absolutely worse customer care and service. The attitudes of the workers are horrible. No sympathy or care for people trying to make a living and make things right. I was hung up on like I was garbage by someone named Tom. And he was very rude and mean. I have never been treated like I was less because of a mistake that was made 2 years ago. And I may be homeless because they did not want to work something out. So I applaud their help (sarcasm)
