I would give a 10 star rating for Erik Bair if it was possible. He is very professional and enlightened with knowledge. Everything went extremely well and was handled with ease. A quote I found from Conception Abbey sums it up: "Today in the Gospel, we hear about the storm on the sea and Jesus sleeping. His disciples are filled with anxiety, saying, “‘Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?’ He woke up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, ‘Quiet! I reached out to Walker, Billingsley & Bair after dealing with an injury that I sustained while working. It took me awhile to come to the conclusion that I needed some kind of representation since I felt that I was alone and didn’t feel as if I had the support that I needed when dealing with work comp adjusters and their doctors that I was to see. Even after my case had been resolved, my attorney still gives me the respect that I deserve when I call for a simple question and gives me 100% of his time by following up very quickly on any question that I may have before and after my case.

Erik Bair was a true blessing to work with during my battle with insurance companies. I was in a 6 car accident that started when a semi driver rear ended the suv behind me. I was driving a rental vehicle home from a work event, which earned me the “pleasure” of working with both the semi drivers auto insurance and workman’s comp. My biggest mistake after the initial accident was not contacting an attorney right away. I tried to do things myself for the first month and looking back realize how stressful it was trying to navigate through the complex work comp system without representation.
