One important thing to know about Nick is after you have settled your Worker's Comp case with your employer, he will still go to bat for you. If you have ongoing medical issues that were covered in your settlement. the WC insurer may attempt to delay or ignore the request for treatment. Kent has continued to have medical issues related to his injury. Nick continues to intercede for him to expedite the process. His help is invaluable. We both feel he could not have gone through this without Nick. Kent was injured at work in May of 2016. We first met with Nick in December of 2017. We both are so grateful for his help and guidance.
