Buyers Attorney (Craig) failed to meet the contracted terms I had signed.

Had some help over the phone from Craig, it was a traumatic time and we will get through it, appreciate the staff.

This attorney charged us (still have cancelled check) $1500.00 for a bankruptcy fee and then fraudently submitted to the bankruptcy court in Davenport, Iowa that the bankruptcy took place 2018, when we filed 2013, I have a witness, Alan Olson who was at the court inDavenport, Iowa and can testify the bankruptcy was in 201`3 NOT 2018! MR. Schlegel was reported to the Iowa bar Association for his illegal reporting of our bankruptcy but refused to change his records so that bankruptcy has remained on our credit report to this day in 2021...please take my information and take proper action in this matter.
