This attorney charged us (still have cancelled check) $1500.00 for a bankruptcy fee and then fraudently submitted to the bankruptcy court in Davenport, Iowa that the bankruptcy took place 2018, when we filed 2013, I have a witness, Alan Olson who was at the court inDavenport, Iowa and can testify the bankruptcy was in 201`3 NOT 2018! MR. Schlegel was reported to the Iowa bar Association for his illegal reporting of our bankruptcy but refused to change his records so that bankruptcy has remained on our credit report to this day in 2021...please take my information and take proper action in this matter.
