Mr. Higgins failed to file my unemployment appeal on time. HIS negligence resulted in my unemployment benefits being denied. After losing my appeal he immediately withdrew as my attorney. Due to his and only his negligence I lost $4,470 in back pay from unemployment. I contacted an attorney who specializes in legal malpractice. I was told that I should take him to small claims court and that I would have an excellent chance to win since Mr. Higgins took full responsibility for his failure to file in a timely manner in an email he sent me.

Stewart is an honest and kind lawyer who went to work for me. The case was long and very involved, demanding a lot from all involved.
