BEWARE Personal Injury Victims: this firm will NOT always use the most cost-effective ways to provide you service, as their website claims. This firm WILL respond to clients very promptly UNTIL you dispute charges on their "settlement breakdown" (above & beyond their one-third fee). If your case goes to mediation - be prepared; YOU will be billed for everyone's *breakfast items and lunch (make sure to check your settlement breakdown). You will want them to communicate their strategies with you as their strategies will cost YOU money and can be ineffective. You will NOT want to sign over the settlement check until an agreement has been met between you and your attorney; they will take their cut before it is settled and wait nearly a month to respond. We may have received a decent outcome on our personal injury case but I will always remember how I was treated post-mediation. *I should add that SAGW Law did remove the food from our bill and an investigation fee that I disputed. Other charges remained because after all, everything is at their sole discretion.You must be your own advocate!!!

Truly terrible, greedy attorneys.

Howie was my attorney for appealing custody. He was never over optimistic or confident, and the motions he filed on my behalf were short and did not include many details and arguments I provided him. However, they included everything necessary from a legal standpoint, which is most important at the appellate level. He communicated promptly with me every time I expressed concern, and most importantly, he won me custody of my daughter.

Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my divorce case. He gave me valuable legal advice and was always willing to help where he could. He put in long hours with me to go over case material in preparation for trial. He also truly had the best interest of my children in mind when going through a pretty rough divorce. I still run questions through him today (5 years after the divorce) and he responds quickly and takes a consultative approach in his responses by giving me options with a little advice as well. I highly recommend Andrew for any family or appeals cases.
