I’ve dealt with Cutler for different reasons. He is quick to respond. Always answers or calls back. I like his attitude and his way he works. He is not all about money all the time. My neighbor and have had real safety/ health concerns about another neighbor. A lot of police calls to residence and vandalism by this individual. I met John thru my neighbor and consulted w him several times. It’s been a long time coming, but w Johns professionalism, we are finally getting some resolve. Will definitely call John if needed again.
