I contacted Hupy & Abraham after injuring my shoulder at work, and it was the best decision I made. Josh was very knowledgeable about the Iowa Work comp laws and let me know exactly what to expect at the mediation and thoroughly explained what was going on through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable and understood all my options. He anticipated every move the opposing counsel made and was ready to work hard for me. He gave great advice but stressed that if I wasn't happy with the opposing counsel's offer it was always my choice at the end.
