Recently did a FSBO closing with Justin…our banker reached out multiple times to get everything ready for a closing date…Justin was not responsive at all to our bankers emails. When I took matters into my own hands, the receptionist was downright rude and not helpful. Our closing was delayed by 24 days due to Justin’s lack of attention to detail regarding the abstract. It was just sitting there because he didn’t give them a date for completion! If it would have been any longer, we would have had to pay significant fees to rework our loan. Also, the seller is asking for 24 days of rent…which totals around $2000. Feel like Justin owes us a reimbursement….
