Do not use this firm to close on a house. Date got pushed back because they simply do not respond to the lender in a timely fashion. Everyone must go home at 3pm.

Zorica Ilic Burch is rude. She made a mistake on the legal description of a quit deed and 2 years later states since they didn't hold title there was no way they could've got it right. Really? Isn't that your JOB?

They made a mistake approving an incorrect title opinion that almost blew up my purchase of a condo. That's a pretty serious mistake when your job is to make sure the legal stuff is in line for the purchase to go through.
